Join us for a special presentation by Bill Krumm from USA Swimming. Bill personally chose our programs at the City of Northglenn to come and talk to.

Bill will be talking to the Snappers and Fusion parents and swimmers on Thursday February 4^th from 6pm to 7pm in the Parkview room at the Northglenn Recreation Center.

Bill came to USA Swimming in November 2007 after 27 years as Head Coach of the Westport Weston Family Y in Westport, CT. He is an ASCA Level 5 Age Group Coach with many of his swimmers ranking nationally, and many State and Zone record holders. Bill earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Southern Connecticut State University where he was an All-American swimmer and water polo player. SCSU inducted Bill into its Sports Hall of Fame in 1995. Bill also held many leadership positions as a volunteer in the swimming community. He was YMCA League President, member of the USA Swimming Safety Education Committee, and was General Chairman of Connecticut Swimming.  Bill is currently the Sport Development Consultant for the Western Zone of USA Swimming.

His presentation will involve the parent role in swimming as well as USA Swimming and how the program is a positive influence for the children of today.
