Team Philosophy

Our goal as a swim club is to help the children and young adults around the north metro area to become involved in a healthy, active lifestyle while learning the values of sportsmanship and competition as well as learning to give throughout the surrounding community.

History of Northglenn Fusion

Three years ago, two swimmers got together and wanted to create a competitive swim team for the City of Northglenn. At that time, the city was not experienced enough or ready for such a huge step into the sport of swimming. It was then decided to create the Northglenn Snappers CARA program instead. After three successful years, the Snappers are continually growing. The program was so successful that many of the swimmers grew past the CARA Recreational level of swimming.

In early August of 2008, the coaches, along with the help from the Supervisor of Aquatics for the City of Northglenn, began putting to action the plans they had been making for years. Now with two experienced coaches and a city to back them up, the Northglenn Fusion Swim Club has been created.
